What it is
A private charter for a celebration — birthdays, hens and bucks nights, formals, milestone parties. The vehicle and driver are yours for the booked window, running the route you have planned with us.
Planning the route
The most common mistake is booking too tight a window. Venues run late, groups take longer to move than anyone expects, and the last pick-up always slips. Book a little more time than you think you need — extending on the night is harder and more expensive than booking it up front.
Rules that keep it fun
There are a few. Seat belts stay on while the vehicle is moving. No smoking or vaping on board. Alcohol on board is only permitted where the vehicle and booking allow it and it has been agreed in writing beforehand — ask us at quote stage. A cleaning or damage fee may apply where the vehicle needs more than a normal turnaround.

Under-18 events. School formals and youth celebrations are run as supervised charters with a no-alcohol condition and a written return time.

Can we drink on board?
Only where the vehicle and the booking allow it and it has been agreed in writing beforehand. Ask at quote stage — the answer depends on the vehicle and the nature of the job.
How long can we book for?
Whatever your night needs, within driver-hour limits. Longer bookings are quoted per the window rather than per stop.
What if we run over time?
The driver will tell you before overtime starts. Extending on the night depends on driver hours and whether the vehicle has another job after yours, so it is safer to book generously.
