How we run them
Community outings are not a compressed itinerary. We plan generous boarding time, keep the walking distances short, and build in the toilet and morning-tea stops that make the day work. The vehicle stays with the group.
Popular runs
Maryborough's Portside precinct and Queens Park, the Bundaberg distillery and the Barrel, Childers' heritage main street, Tin Can Bay for the morning dolphin feed, and the Hervey Bay Esplanade itself for a coastal lunch run.
Mobility and access
Tell us about walking frames, wheelchairs and anyone who needs a hand boarding, at quote stage rather than on the morning. Wheelchair-accessible transport can be arranged with notice — see our accessible transport page.
Multiple pick-ups
Retirement villages and clubs often need three or four pick-up points. Every stop adds time; we will build a route that works and tell you the honest first pick-up time rather than an optimistic one.

Can you do multiple pick-up points?
Yes. Give us all the addresses and we will build the route and tell you the first pick-up time it requires.
Do you allow walking frames on board?
Yes, with notice so we can plan stowage. Wheelchairs need a suitable vehicle, which we arrange in advance.
Can our group organiser ride free?
Organiser arrangements vary by job size. Ask when you request the quote and we will tell you what we can do.
