Carnivals and multi-day
Carnivals need a plan for the gaps between games. We will quote either a stay-on-site charter or a drop-and-return, and tell you which is cheaper for your schedule. Multi-day carnivals are quoted with driver fatigue rules built in.
Gear
Sporting gear is the variable that changes the vehicle. Rowing, cricket, hockey and music kits eat luggage space fast. Tell us what is travelling and we will size the vehicle for the gear rather than the headcount.
Junior teams
Junior and school-linked teams get the same treatment as school charters: blue-carded drivers, seat-belted vehicles and written itineraries for the club's records.

Questions about team transport
Can the bus wait at the ground all day?
Usually yes. For long gaps it is sometimes cheaper to release the vehicle and have it return — we will price both.
Can parents travel on the team bus?
Yes, as long as they are counted in the booking. Tell us the total including adults so the seat count is right.
Do you run to the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane?
Regularly. Those are long days, so we plan rest breaks in line with heavy-vehicle fatigue rules and quote the realistic schedule rather than the optimistic one.
