Light food and non-alcoholic drinks are generally fine with lids on. Alcohol on board is only permitted where the vehicle and the booking allow it and it is agreed in writing beforehand — ask us, because the answer depends on the job.

No. Our vehicles are non-smoking, which includes vaping, in line with Queensland law.

No. We are a charter and tour operator. Every job is booked as a private hire for your group rather than sold as individual seats on a timetable.

Usually yes, and for most day tours that is exactly how it works. For long gaps it is sometimes cheaper to release the vehicle and have it return. We will tell you which is better value for your itinerary.

Give us the flight or sailing number when you book so the driver can track it. Significant delays may attract waiting time, and we will always tell you before that starts rather than after.

Yes, and certificates of currency are available on request. Schools, councils and corporate clients usually ask for these as part of their own procurement process, so just tell us what your paperwork needs.

Queensland charter work requires an accredited operator and drivers holding a current driver authorisation. Drivers working with school groups also hold a working with children (blue card) clearance.
